What is the signature page, membership card, coggins feature?

EventEntries.com is now offering a premium service that will allow you to keep a copy of your signature page, membersip card(s), and/or coggins on our site to be transmitted with you electronic entries. NO MORE having to mail in these documents for events using electronic events!


Does the signature page, membership card, coggins feature ONLY work for electronic entries?

No, this feature also has use for printed only entries. When you complete a printed only entry, we will automatically attach your signed signature page, membership card(s) (if applicable), and appropriate coggins. All you have to do, is attach a check and mail.


How much does this premium service cost?

We will allow you to submit signature pages, membership card(s), and coggins for ALL all riders and horses listed in you EventEntries.com account for free. If you want to use these documents, it will only cost you $9.95 per year. After your 30 day trial period has expired you will be prompted by the site to pay your $9.95 annual fee by credit card. Alternatively, you may include a check with your documents or send one anytime before you trial period expires. Checks should be made out to EventEntries.com.

EventEntries provides its customers with an easy and efficient way of filling out forms electronically. It is also an excellent opportunity for you to keep up with upcoming events and news.


How much time will I actually save?

Once registered, all you have to do is choose which event you will be participating in, the name of the horse and rider, how many days you will be stabling, and the person(s) you wish to be stabled with.


How long does the registration process take?

The process is fast and easy... Just follow the step by step instructions and you will be on your way in just a few minutes.


What are the steps to register?

  1. Click the REGISTER button at the top.
  2. Fill out the NEW USER REGISTRATION form (make sure to include your correct e-mail address.
  3. We will send you an e-mail containing a temporary password.
  4. After you retrieve your password you can then proceed to the LOG-IN area.
  5. In the LOG-IN area, type your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  6. Registration is complete. Its that easy!
